I love Ana Montiels's blog. She does what I'm always trying to do. That thing is post current artwork on a regular basis, mixed in seamlessly with other work she admires and personal inspiration. I try to post about the actual jewelry I'm working on in real time, but things often get crazy and I rush to ship something without photographing it.
This is a link to Ana's blog, but check out her website as well. Her logo actually played muse to my new logo, which is being perfected as we speak.
Some of my favorites by the London-based, Spanish visual artist and designer
I can't wait to share my new collection/logo redesign/photo shoot with all of you. In the meantime, here are some little morsels from the Sarah Swell photo shoot to keep you satified while everything comes together.
This will probably be an ongoing collection of flea market porn, as I visit this market (ok, more antique, than flea) monthly. Who am I kidding, this is literally the highlight of my month. Hunting for treasure makes me feel like a child anticipating toys on Christmas morning (or in my case, art supplies, more art supplies and books. Yes, I was one of those kids)
It's my heaven.
my finds this time...
It wasn't until I got home that I realized I'm on a definite American Southwest kick. Ya think?
Moon to Moon is where I go to let my fringe wearing, granola eating, Fleetwood Mac listening, let's make this world a better place little gypsy heart run free. Somehow this blog of bohemian interiors makes me feel calm (not an easy task) and inspired. I think because it's oh-so-much more than interiors, it's like a page out of the life I sometimes want to run away to lead.
